Before uploading an item

1. Item must be clean
2. Item must be ironed ( no wrinkles )
3. Measure and complete the measurements tag
4. Take quality photos
5. Use natural light
6. Don’t edit pictures (too much)
7. Use nice aesthetic decors
8. Upload between 3 and 10 pictures
9. Use clear descriptions
10. Add measurements in description as well

When an order is placed

1. Put the sold item in an envelope
2. Add the custom tag
3. Add the thank you card
4. Request AWB

When AWB is shipped

1. Inform the customer the AWB was shipped
2. Check if everything is ok
3. Offer extra discounts for next order
4. Offer feedback
